Manuscript editing process
We edit your document to ensure that the spelling, punctuation, grammar, sentence structure, and overall style reach the standard expected of an expert native English speaker.
We follow a 3-level of foolproof editing stages for each manuscript.
- Each manuscript is first reviewed by the chief editor to determine which expert editors in the editorial panel are best suited and have the relevant scientific background to review the document.
- The expert editor makes a thorough review and substantive editing of the manuscript until it is polished, clear, concise and conveying the original intent of the author.
- The manuscript is then reviewed a second time by the managing editor who is an expert English editor to ensure 100% correct use of grammar, punctuations, phrases and words. He also checks the manuscript for consistency and cohesiveness.
- Finally the manuscript is again routed through the chief editor for a final check and then returned to the author. Editors communicate with you as necessary throughout the editing process.
